01 . The Challenge
Integrate new user flows for both passenger-facing and backend administrative functionalities into the existing Southwest Airlines mobile app while incorporating feedback from flight attendants' daily experiences to enhance the overall user experience.
02 . The Solution
Developed a modular and flexible design architecture to facilitate seamless integration of new features. Prioritized flight attendant feedback throughout the design process, emphasizing improvements in workflow efficiency and communication (both inter-crew and customer-facing). Utilized whiteboard sketching to brainstorm and refine use cases based on existing documentation. Created interactive prototypes in Sketch to visualize and test new features, ensuring they met the needs of both passengers and flight attendants.
